Class 12 student kidnapped and killed by friends for personal enmity
A shocking incident took place in Meerut's Shastri Nagar area where a class 12 student of K L International Public School, Moinuddin, was allegedly kidnapped and later killed by his school friends Vishal, Rahul, and their associates. The incident took place on February 20, and the accused demanded Rs. 50 lakhs ransom from the victim's father.
The case came into the limelight when one of the kidnappers, Rahul Agarwal, committed suicide after being interrogated by the police. The suicide note revealed the involvement of the main accused Vishal. Upon interrogation, Vishal confessed to his crime, and the victim's body was recovered from the nearby forest of Hastinapur. The police are still trying to apprehend the other friends involved in the crime as revealed by Vishal.
The police suspect that the main reason behind the kidnapping and murder was personal enmity rather than ransom money. This is not the first incident of its kind as another schoolboy from Saket, Akshay, was also kidnapped and killed by his friends. The police are investigating both cases and taking strict measures to ensure that such incidents do not happen again in the future.
